hopefully no more diets

I am new here. Going to try this. I have tried lots of diets. They all work. However, they are so unpleasant that I end up not sticking to them. This sounds too good to be true. I think filling your plate with junk will not lead to weight loss. Not that I want to eat junk three times a day. I noticed the founder eats very healthy meals. So we will see. I will eat three times a day what I ate before, just no seconds or snacks. Thank you and wish me luck.

Actually, what this program suggests is apparently how people in much of the rest of the world have eaten for ages -- decent meals, no seconds and no (or few) snacks except on special occasions. I'm not sure how we got away from it.
