I've reduced home page mentions of "It's all about timing" from 2 to 1, so I don't have to keep explaining how "I thought of it first, really!" -- well, only half as often.

Ariel, I stuck an Einstein quote on simplicity on the home page (right under the rules at the top) that I think you'll get a kick out of.
