Of course, they miss my preferred solution: focus on the snacks and you get less salt as a bonus.

				I agree. It seems that the simplest solution is to just avoid the salty snacks in the first place.  Who wants to criticize the snack food industry though?

I do wonder if maybe... Just call me crazy, but maybe there's a correlation between eating a lotta prepackaged stuff and ill health in general.
I dunno... Kinda wild I guess.
I mean, seriously?  How many of you prefer to prepare "real meals" when No Sing?  I sure do.
