hey all! I used to post a while ago and I was doing great. I had been no-s-ing for about 2 years and was smaller than I was in high school, even after 2 kids. I went back to school last fall full time and have gained the freshman 15. I'm far too old for that.

It's funny, because it was a conscious decision to deviate from no-s. I knew I was doing it and I "justified" it in the most stupid ways. And now I am back to thinking I need sugar all the time.

So, I'm back for the moral support and to hold myself accountable.

Welcome back!

Sometimes I think "S" stands for "self-sabotage". It's easy to fall away and justify it, but you can always pick up and get going again (I'm saying this from painful experience!).

You certainly aren't alone when it comes to slip ups. Been there.
I've let my weekend s's become more than sometimes. I need to get that under control as well.

Welcome back, Carrie.

You have a big advantage because you've seen how this can work and know you can do it. The only adjustment you'll have to make is to think of this as something permanent, not a means to and end. Because there is no end (until The End). Fortunately, as I think you've experienced, No S makes a very nice and pleasant status quo, so there's nothing dismal about this realization.

Best wishes,

Reinhard
