Hello Everyone

Hello everyone,
My name is Andrew and I am jumping on my board, this is my second day on the diet (more or less healthy habit forming lifestyle). With these rules and my workout regimen let’s see what happens. I hope this plan goes good for everyone here, and I hope everyone has success in whatever they do. :D

Welcome! Take each day one at a time, even one meal at a time! Be forgiving in that, if you slip up and snack inbetween meals, start the next meal as a healthy one and avoid seconds and snacking.

And post questions too, this board is great :)
