Brand New Here -- just came across the book
Hi all! I was browsing through Barnes and Noble yesterday and this book caught my eye. Since I seem to "collect" diet books, I bought this one. After reading it -- I'm hoping it'll be my last! THANK YOU so much for writing such a common sense book! I need to lose about 20 pounds or so. I've been working out regularly, but tend to eat too much. Snacking and sweets are my two main problems. And the all or nothing approach of most diets made them too difficult to commit to long-term. I like the built in cheat days -- and it makes so much sense to save "treats" for special occassions. I'm eager to get started both with the program and with poking around this website.
