Thank you guys, for making this happen.

I've sworn to myself (and my wife!) to only check the amazon page once a week (Friday mornings) because the ups and downs were making me so crazy -- but good news is always welcome.

I should amend that section header in chapter 6 to read "How checking your amazon sales rank is like scale stepping is like the stock market"
