I'm Back

I signed up a few years ago but didn't keep doing this. I read in Woman's World and decided this is what I need to do, I am tired of the people who say you have to snack and eat every three hours or you will gain weight. I just want 3 meals a day but need to not take seconds and this will work for me, I'm sure...
