Welcome Kim

Welcome Kim,
I have been on this life's plan for 27 days. I have had four bad days but still feel great about this diet. I really do believe it can work. The first 3 weeks were so easy for me. I don't know if I lost weight but to be free of the dieting obsessing was so great. It is a journey to change our bad habits. That is more improtant than the quick weight loss that doesn't ever seem to stay off anyway.

Good luck to you, you will love the support on this site.
