Climbing up onto the wagon
Between the flu & having a molar pulled last Friday, I've literally fallen off and been run over by the No S Diet Wagon Train. I haven't been sick in YEARS and I can't believe how lengthy it has been and how depressed I feel. Today, I'm on track. I've had my breakfast & I'm awaiting lunch. I want to go back to bed....

Hi Summer!
Don't be so hard on yourself! Like someone said, let your sick day be your "s" day. I went off the wagon a couple days this week, but I don't have any excuses for it! I was so upset about it, and wanted to begin all over. Instead I just marked the two days with red, and decided I wasn't perfect, and to begin fresh again!
Just take care of yourself, and begin fresh when you are feeling better!
Hugs!
