Starting tomorrow

				 Hi all- I am putting my best foot forward and starting the no "s'' diet tomorrow. Any great suggestions of how to succeed at this? What do you all eat for typical meals?

 Well-first day and I already blew it. Not too bad though. Hormonal I guess. Thanks for all your support. I appreciate it as I want to truly change my life. Marebear

This one plate rule is hard for me to get down. It was an emotional week and therefore I had some slip ups. Hopefully next week will be better. I so want to lose weight!

I so want to lose weight!Hello and Welcome! Things do get easier. None of us are perfect all the time. Just start over. The wonderful thing is that you do not have to start over tomorrow, you can start over at your next meal. Remember if you get too hungry between meals, reach for water, milk, vegetable juice or some other suitable liquid. I keep milk and V-8 in the refrigerator at work.
