I've been doing the NoS for one month now! I have resolved not to get on that scale until the first of each month!
Anyway, something I have noticed: Even if I do decide to snack, which I have done the last couple of days, it is really not all that bad! I used to be all or nothing when it came to staying on my diet. I would do the most horrendous things when I would binge before. Now it is very minor! This is the most amazing thing not being so obsessed with food anymore. Food is no longer my enemy!
