I just finnished eating for day 2. I have 6 meals in the last two days - all were on plates. I feel much better. I'm not stuffed. Even though I can, I'm making an effort to not eat out. It's much easier to control if you can do it on your terms.
I also had a business lunch today. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with roasted potatoes. It was on a small plate. Once I was done, I was done.
I love not having to think about it too much. I have to admit, I am looking forward to this weekend. I'm thinking waffles for breakfast. That's the beauty though - I can have those on this plan and still be on the plan.
