2 Pounds

One week in and I've lost 2 pounds - 233 to 231. I was actually down 4 pounds after Friday of last week, but popped back up after my first weekend of freedom. I feel good about the loss, but I haven't been on the program long enough to control my hunger.

At the end of last week, I wasn't hungry at all except at meal time. After a weekend of free eating, I'm now starving at 10:00 am on Monday morning. I'm going to drink a lot of water but lunch can't come fast enough.

Jayhawk,

sounds like you are doing great. Mondays are my toughest day. Drinking a lot of water, acknowledging it and then getting on with my day is the best thing that I can do. And all that actually works. Usually if you don't give in by Monday evening or Tuesday lunch it gets better. Fortunatlely my experience that for those of us who have rough Mondays it gradually gets better and more manageable, I am on week nine and it is getting better!
