Everyday Systems

I just had another great idea. For every successful day I have I am going to give myself a dollar. That will be real incentive for me. When I want to eat at night, I will tell myself "don't blow this you won't get your dollar". Just think, if you have lots of successful days, you will also have money to buy something nice for yourself. The something nice can't be a food treat though! Let's get rich!

This uses the same principle as the Hollywood diet (except divided by several million).
