I guess you would call this a progress report. I have been on NO S since June 1. My goal is a pound a week and so far so good. I started out at 186 and this morning I weighed 180. My goal is a pound a week, so I have 2 weeks for 2 more pounds. I would say I am right on target!! It really IS a habit, but gets easier and easier. I have had slip ups too, far from perfect, but if most of the time you stay on track it DOES work. Good luck to all.
