Vacation Time

Hi Everyone!
I am just about to leave for our annual vacation to the Chautauqua Institution in upstate NY. I am hoping to stick to No S while I am there. It is usually a very interesting week, and food is not the main focus by any means.
I am now weighing more than I have ever done in my life and almost about to give up and throw the scales out of the window! But I do like the structure of NO S.
