Time to step on the scale

The end of July and time to see what the scale has to say. I was down 2 pounds for this month which is not earth shattering but a healthy loss and thrilling that I was away on holidays and didn't gain, not only that, I lost!! I am happy with the results. I know in my heart of hearts that if I would behave less like an idiot on S days I would be losing more. I will continue to work at that as a lifetime goal but for today I am happy with the results, 10 pounds shed since April 20!

That's excellent!!! Great news!!!
Earth shattering is far less impressive than *maintainable* in my opinion.
Not gaining during vacation is fantastic!
Don't sweat the S days.
Would you really rather give them up for faster weight loss with more deprivation???
You're doing great!
I'm also impressed you are doing a monthly weigh in.
That takes willpower to not peek before hand, and it puts focus on your long term patterns!
