I'm down 5....

I weighed myself this morning and discovered I am 5 pounds lighter than I was a week before yesterday. I have tried to stick to the 3 meals a day as close as possible, and exercised moderately during this time.
I'm headed for 172, I hope, which appears to be my "natural" bdoy weight. Or should I say the weight I always seem to get to, and then stall.
