Grazing for Trouble?
This paragraph is in the September/October issue of Weight Watchers magazine.
"Tempted to start eating several mini-meals rather than three squares a day? Turns out the much-touted mini-meal theory may not be a good strategy for dieters after all. In a small study, obese women ate from three to nine times a day while trying to take in the same number of calories every day. Ultimately, they consumed fewest calories on the days when they ate three meals. In addition, their metabolisms did not speed up when they ate more frequently, a benefit mini-meal proponents had emphasized. KEEP IT SIIMPLE. If you're trying to jump-start a sagging weight-loss effort, stick to three meals a day with minimal snacking -- until you get back on track." pg. 20.
Just thought I'd share this.

Wow Patti!!!
Thanks for that!
Oh Reinhard,,,,,,
One of the most long standing diet programs around is catching on...
You better hustle up on publishing your book!
Well, they may have the new info, but they don't have the three S's and they aren't cute!
They also don't swing a sledgehammer around!
That's why we love YOU!!!!
LOL..
Cool... I never thought grazing was a good idea... it seems too close to snacking!
Love,
Deb
