You are an inspiration!

Your blog is so good - on days like today, it keeps me going. For the past month, its been smooth sailing with No-sing and then today, it's like "Bam! - I feel fat!"

These negative thoughts could be tied to my monthly cycle - could be, probably are! I know they will pass - it's good to know that I am not about to try anything silly like a diet - I'll just keep going with this plan.

Congrats on your success and positive influence!

I think they're quite impressive. The consistency that you've applied is especially striking - and it's clearly paid off.

Thanks for sharing your journey. :)

Silky, Deedee, KCCC and Merry,

Thank you! I am so glad that I stumbled across NO S. I knew when I stumbled across it that it was the answer for me. It is nice to see the results manifest in so many ways.

I am glad you and everyone else is here, it makes the journey that much more fun!

Great job!!

I just read through your blog and bit and I'm inspired enough to not go finish that last cupcake off from yesterday. I shall go put it in the trash instead of my rear, or thighs, or middle... :P
