I am! I did it for a while last year and lost so much weight I stopped (I was below healthy weight). I should have just carefully added some things, as now I'm 10 lbs up and ready to get rid of them!

This is also my first day. I'm am fighting myself to not have that snack, but I just keep reading the book and talk to myself alot. I'm just trying to get thru day one. Just one day. And then tommorrow I think about then.

I'm starting today too!
I've tried so-o-o many other things...this seems almost too rational!

I am restarting today. So far, so good. I missed my morning coffee so I have a bit of a headache, so I needed to get an afternoon jolt of coffee.

I have reading about the diet for a couple weeks now and posting on the bulletin board a little, too, but I consider today to be my first "real" day on the No S Diet. I have no problem with the breakfast and lunch habits, but I think of the evening as a big danger zone for me. I am most tempted to snack in the few hours between dinner and bed. I really want to stick to the plan for a few weeks and see if night time gets easier.

I started No-S on 11/3 as well. Technically 11/1 but took advantage of the S days to disappear my kids' Halloween candy. Also starting Glass Ceiling at the same time (11/1). That's going to be tougher for me, as beer has become my comfort food and main evening "snack". Hope I'm not breaking too big of a cardinal rule attempting two habits at once. Just hoping to get a few weeks of habit building before the holiday guantlet.

You are all starting a GREAT plan! I'm on day one hundred & something...can't remember now. The first couple of weeks are the hardest...they really are. There are times that are a struggle later too, but I didn't experience anything as difficult as those first couple of weeks. Hang in there...learning to eat this way is definitely worth the hard work.
And if you can, don't be strangers from the forum...you'll find great info and wonderful support. I'm sure I would have given up if I didn't have this forum to run to for some help.
Much success to you all!
