I'm new to this. I got the book and read it. It made a lot of sense to me.
I have tried variations of different diets and styles for a long time but, couldn't seem to get a way that worked - that is gave me enough freedom to accommodate real life, not so lenient that I could eat anything, but also not so strict that I couldn't veer from the plan one iota.
I have found that in the past when I did three meals a day the portions and quality of food took care of themselves after a while.
