Hello again! I just wanted to say that so far the No-s plan is wonderful! It took a bit of work to make a college time table work with it but I'm glad i did. Its nice to not be binging on junk food and soda once a day because I didn't eat till 10pm. For my own interest I measured myself and I can confidently say I've lost 2 inches! If nothing else I'm happy to be eating on a normal timetable and the S-days work out perfectly since thats normally when I have free time and would be tempted to eat S food. Thank you for suggestions! I hope others are having the same success.
