This is a single-serving chocolate cake recipe that you make in a very large coffee mug.
What makes it perfect for S-days is that it IS just one serving, so you don't have cake staring at you from the freezer all week.
It's a densely chocolate cake and once your N-day habits are really solid, you may feel like this is too large of a treat. If I make it again, I'd add some salt. People forget that a pinch of salt improves the sweetness.
Very chocolatey.

That looks good! I've done similar with brownie mix - I dump the whole box into a tupperware, then stir in some liquid (and sometimes powdered eggs, if I happen to have them) and microwave or bake.
You might also want to check out the book Small Batch Baking - all the recipes are for one or two servings. A lot of what was in there doesn't appeal to me, but if you find one or two things you like, it's worth a trip to the library or buying used. If you like southern desserts, though, it will be a gold mine.

Diet refugee, trying to get my head back on straight.
