Holiday NWS days
I just realized that I have one NWS days between now and Christmas. Our office Christmas party is usually a potluck and someone always brings a yummy treat. Since I will make this an S event rather than a day, I feel I am getting off easy. All the other holiday celebrations I know about are on regularly scheduled S days.

I am planning a fairly "indulgent" December.
I took the 1st as NWS day as the tail-end of our Thanksgiving vacation since my husband was off, and I am taking Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve day.
That seems to work for me. Some months my NWS days are sparse but I load up on them when my husband takes time off ...
we watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy over Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day ... it is a "snacky" thing we do once a year and have a lot of fun. THis year will be especially fun since I am on NO S and it will be .... ahh "guilt free"
and then we like to have a "special date night" on New Years Eve so it will also be nice to take NWS day that day!
AND the beauty of it, I will still be well within my average of 2 NWS days per month since I started NO S in March.
Thanksgiving was the best ever cause of the NO S DIET ... definitely thank you for that Reinhard! I suspect the rest of the holidays will be equally ENJOYABLE.
