Everyday Systems

Hello to everyone!

This is my third day on NoS, and I am absolutely delighted to have found it. I would never have imagined that I could get through a workday without snacking, but I did it easily!

My sincere thanks to Reinhard for his clear thinking, willingness to share good ideas, and all the time he has obviously devoted to Everyday Systems and to NoS.

When I first found the site and turned to the picture of Reinhard, I was disappointed. He was so young! How could he possibly know anything that could help a 63-year old with decades of experience in dieting?

Now I think that it probably took a fresh perspective, someone looking at the problem with new eyes, to come up with a true breakthrough.

I continue to be peaceful and thrilled.
