which starting weight?

I'm up from the weight I was when I joined up a few months ago. Obviously, haven't been sticking to my N days. I hate admitting I am the weight I am but I want credit for every pound lost, even if it's just the water retention from the pork chile verde! Gosh, I hope I've reached my (most recent) top. I did get up to 30 pounds over where I am now several years ago. I almost can't imagine tolerating the uncomfortable amount of food it took to get there. But, we can always surprise ourselves, can't we? I'm hoping it will be surprising myself by turning things around now. Don't wish me luck; wish me resolve!

I would use your weight today.

That is what I did when I got back on track on the 1st January. That way I am not dragging the past with me everywhere I go.

What a wonderful way to look at things -- in general, and particularly diet history!

If you are starting over, use the weight you are now. If you have been tracking all along, just not caring much about success or failure, use your original starting weight. It really is a matter of when you mentally are considering yourself "starting". Personally, it sounds like you are looking at NOW as a fresh start.
