Found this "diet" last week and started on Thursday or something - depsite the fact that I knew I had a three-S day weekend coming up.

Failed utterly the first couple of days.

Doing alright thus far. I haven't eaten any cake today, so it's all good. =)

Here's my blog:

I like the fact that this "diet" is fairly simple. Hopefully it will become habit and I won't have to think about it anymore. Being a sugar and fat-a-holic, it's difficult at the moment.

..yeah. This was meant to go in the "No-S Diet blogs" section. Soooo.....obviously I don't know what I'm doing. Yeah. And I'm a bit embarrassed about that.

Hi !

Dieting is alright but to lose weight, I think you have to do some exercises as well. Even if it's just walking, anything is good.

For me it would be hard to lose a lot of weight just by dieting, any slip up and you are right back where you started...
