Can't believe I did it!

Post by MysteryLover » Sat Mar 07, 2009 1:52 am

Here it is Friday night and I made it all work week with only one snack, no seconds, and absolutely no sweets. I never, ever would have thought that I could do that and not be absolutely ready to go jump off a bridge. I really thought that I HAD to have chocolate every day or die. I'm just so amazed. I did feel quite hungry early in the week. Yesterday and today weren't so bad. I did get hungry, but it wasn't long before meal time. Thanks Reinhard for this amazing program and thanks to those who shared ideas on getting through the hungry spells. Have a great weekend!

It does get easier. Just finished Week 2 and already the hunger pains (especially between lunch and dinner) have decreased. This is a great plan and I just told a friend about it, another WW refugee!

Thanks! I did enjoy my S days this weekend, but I'm ready to go back to 'normal'. Of course I weighed myself this morning and was only down a 1/2 pound, but at that rate I would lose 8 pounds by my birthday and that's not too shabby. And by the time I turn 40 next year I should have it all off and be maintaining.
