				How to eat 3 meals today

				Today i have a friend taking me to dinner at 5 pm and then we are going to see another friend sing at a bistro. at 9 pm.   I just had my breakfast at 10 am. Should I make my 2 meal the 5 pm and 3rd meal at 9??? This is only for today.  I dont consider it a special day  so I dont want a S day. ?

				Sounds reasonable to me.
I'd probably have my second meal a little earlier if possible to even out the spacing, though.
If it doesn't sound fine to you, you've got some options:
1) Split meal #2 into two mini meals, just for today.
2) Call it a special day. I don't hear friends sing in bistros very often.

				I agree with the two minimeals.  Also, I think in these extreme circumstances, a healthy snack might be called for.  Grab a yogurt, a banana, or something else really healthy.

				Thank you Reinhard . I think I'll go with splitting meal 2 into mini meals. One at 1 pm and the  2nd at 5pmYes it is a somewhat special day but I fear that I could easily turn my outings with friends into special days too often . Plus if this goes well for her(which I hope it does) it could be a regular gig with me as her wed night groupie.
