I'm back, and losing....

I haven't been around awhile, been busy, getting sued, things like that. But, I am down to three meals a day, no snacks, no sweets and no seconds. I do drink diet drinks.
Breakfast is usually either sausage links and a couple of eggs, and 5 oz. of OJ, or a bowl of Wheaties with a slice of sourdough toast. Lunch is a thermos of soup and half a sandwich, and a filling dinner. I also try to stay as low glycemic as possible.
Exercise is very simple, I'm doing a SuperSlow workout once a week, and playing pick up basketball 1-2 times a week, or as often as my arthritis lets me. I am also doing dry saunas 3-4 times a week and drinking 1/2 a gallon of water a day, and up to a quart during the saunas.
My waist is slimming, my muscle tonus is improving and I have energy.
