lost instructions for my omron pedometer...help!

Post by ~reneew » Fri May 15, 2009 4:55 pm

All of this talk about pedometers made me want to start using mine again. I had to get a new battery of course because it sat there so long. Then I lost the instructions and don't remember how to reprogram for the stride length etc. I've tried to contact the company and I get no where with them. I lost the box and all, but it's an omron model HJ-112 Can anyone help me?

I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

Now, for a laugh... I had tracked 6,085 steps this morning and lost them re-programming my stride length. So, now I'm sitting here bouncing my foot with my pedometer in my sock

"These boots are made for walkin'
That's just what they'll do
One of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you !"

Nancy Sinatra : "These boots are made for walking"

...

I have an Omron heart monitor but don't really use it anymore, it proved quite unreliable and half the time it wasn't working properly, losing the signal and indicating
'0' no matter what I tried it was frustrating to use ... I changed the batteries, tried all sorts of ways to adjust the strap, did this and that, still not working too well ...
I only use it as a stopwatch now especially when I cycle.
(Good thing the stopwatch option works at least !)

Cheers !

Marc ;-)
