Looking forward to Monday morning

It will be a relief to get back to No S eating tomorrow, Monday morning.
I got the book last week and started on Thursday.

I can say that I enjoyed Thursday and Friday, Saturday was OK,
but went overboard today.
Consequently tonight I don't feel so well.

Will probably start logging in with a daily report this coming week.

Don't sweat it. Learning to control your S-days has to be done just as much as learning how to do the N-days. I think most people go through similar things when they are starting out too. And they learn a lot about food, dining, their relationship with food...

Keep at it, it's worth it! :D

I look forward to Saturday, and I look forward to Monday.

Not because I feel deprived during the week or guilty on the weekend, but because I enjoy both the feeling of structure and, alternately, the feeling of freedom. I don't think I could enjoy either without the other.

And I hope in time you feel this way too!

It takes some practice -- don't beat yourself up too much in the meantime.

It takes a while to REALLY teach yourself moderation.

Thanks for the encouragement, y'all.

I think I wasn't beating myself up so much as I was
just feeling too full & sugary, and relieved that Monday was
right around the corner.

I look forward to the weekend as well--it will be more
practice for learning new habits!

This plan is so basic, yet so interesting in its simplicity.
I'm enjoying it.

Minimizer: glad to hear you're enjoying the plan so far. Yes you're right, it's basic but interesting in its simplicity. What I've learnt in the few months I've been following NoS is that you have to have patience to get it to work... But once your habits start to change for good, the difference is really amazing.
