If anyone could spare a few minutes to post a rating here, I'd love to graduate beyond "not enough reviews."

Thanks in advance!

LOL, I can't believe "does not offer a day-to-day eating plan" is considered a drawback!

I posted but it hasn't shown up. I'm assuming there is some sort of moderation?

I think I posted -- the interface is a little confusing.

I posted, but can't tell if it was received.

I'm with Thalia--the lack of an eating plan is the best thing about it!

I posted too, but it looked to me like it was moderated. I had to laugh at their "cons". They clearly don't get it.

I posted as well.

Cannot believe that not being told what to eat is a negative. That is the freeing part of this plan to me. No calorie counting, no points, no one bossing me around.

Surely you all understand that being required to think of what food you should eat instead of being spoon fed like a baby is a bad thing? And the weekends with being allowed a free for all, well that’s just asking for trouble since you could never expect anyone to have self control of anything. /sarcasm

Typical diet website isn't it. :)

Evidently.....these things really frustrate me too, for me any "diet" that tells me what to eat is a no-go, as I eat out with work and at hotels so I'd be up the proverbial creek without a paddle if I even tried. People still seem to want to have any sense of responsibility for their actions taken away from them don't they? I have had a crap weekend foodwise, and I could blame all sorts of stressors, but it was all down to me in the end. Nothing will work until I can sort that side of my head out! I posted a review, but again it hasn't come through so I suspect a moderator sees them first.

Thank you all so much!

I really appreciate it and apologize for being such a nudge about publicity related stuff recently.

Speaking of which, if anyone who hasn't already posted an amazon.com review AND doesn't feel tapped out from these other publicity nudges, the most recent review was rather lousy, and knocked No-s from it's lofty perfect five star pedestal to a mere four and half :-(

That one was very easy to do. It says at the bottom after you submit that it will be posted after its reviewed. I am floored that it said that a con was that it did not offer a day-to-day diet plan as if we were all robots who needed to be told what we like to eat. Bah!

Check the site now--No S has 100% and there are lots of good comments on there!

You guys are great. Thank you!

Thanks also to "Cathytg" for the amazon review (not sure it was in response to my plea here or coincidental, but either way I really appreciate it!)

Nothing wrong with nudges, Reinhard. You've given us quite a lot of advice and help without asking for anything in return. I was happy to post a review on Amazon (4 copies purchased now, and counting!) and on dietreview. Thanks!

Yep, that's me! I just copied over my Goodreads review.
