Today starts my second week on No S. I weighed myself last night and I am four pounds down from last Sunday!!! I'm not sure that an S day is a good day to weigh yourself after eating whatever you want that day. I think I'll start weighing every two weeks and on a Friday.
I am not going to weigh myself obsessively, just every couple of weeks.
So far this had been a great diet for me.
My husband didn't do as well this first week but he also got weighed after eating all day on an S day.
My pants definitely feel more comfortable but 4 pounds isn't much when I have 150 to lose but at least I'm starting!!!
Starting second week today! Lost four pounds already!!!
