I found this quote in a magazine called Thriving Family about making your marriage better but I thought it applied quite nicely to the NoS way of eating. " Faithfully doing small things really does matter and brings great reward." Sometimes I feel like if these changes I'm making aren't extreme that I won't see results but in reality if I'm able to keep plugging away at this I will see results and I won't be so all or nothing thinking all the time.
