Hello, All-

I'm a 26 year old female who has been No Sing since July. I've taken some breaks (when I get impatient of course) but always realize this is the best way and come back. I have a history of cycling between restrictive eating and bingeing, so moderate eating is my goal. I would like to 'buddy up' with another No Ser just to share how we are doing via email.

I'd be happy to buddy up with you. I'm restarting No S and am going to get serious about it this time. I'm 38 and have 10 pounds to lose. Not alot, but enough where I notice it. Hope to hear from you soon.
