Will No S work even if I don't have a lot to lose?

Hi everyone,

Do you all think No S will work for me even though I'm now technically at a "normal" weight for my height. It's in the range of normal, but it is also higher than ever before, and I'd like to get back down to what is normal for me. I only need to lose 5-10 lbs to get there...I have been trying to diet back down but it has only backfired, so I'm hoping this will be enough...I'd love to know your thoughts or experiences.

It will probably take longer, but you can do it. It's a better choice than some fad or crash diet which will guarantee the weight loss -- but once you go "off" the diet you'll gain the weight back -- and probably more as well.

It will work, but like wosnes said, it might take a bit longer. NoS helped me lose about a dress size worth of vanity weight (no one would ever consider me overweight, but the extra few pounds had put me way outside my comfort zone). I'd say it took about 3 months--but I had some wild S days. Also, exercising will help you get there quicker.

I definitely think it can work. I'm currently within the "normal" range for my height -- but toward the higher end of that range -- and I've been losing with good 'ol Vanilla No S and moderate exercise most days of the week. As others have said, the weight loss rate is somewhat slow. I'm averaging between a half a pound to a pound a week ... but it is a sane/enjoyable journey and one that I believe I could stay on in the long run. 8) Welcome!
