Six Weeks In

Post by RJLupin » Fri Mar 26, 2010 2:31 pm

It's been almost six weeks since I started No S. In that time, I have lost 11 pounds and thrown away all my other "diet" books. I still have a way to go on my weight loss, but No S has already become a habit so I have no doubt I will make my goal, and stay there.

Thank you, Reinhard, for devising this. I was literally going crazy on all those "special foods" diet, and if I hadn't found No S I would probably be 10 pounds heavier instead of 10 pounds lighter by now. Best of all, I feel free of my food obsessions; I've had one or two really intense S days (I turned 30 last week, and we ate a LOT) but was easy to resume No S the day after.

Congratulations, RJLupin!

It's great that you have built a sustainable No S habit so quickly.
Be kind, for everybody you meet is fighting a hard battle.
