S Days

Post by Carole0003 » Mon Apr 26, 2010 11:11 pm

If I read Bright Angel correctly, I had the same problem. I mis-read the part about S days in the book. I thought it allowed a person to eat anything in as much quantity as desired, i.e., bingeing. No. The S days are intended to have a treat, not the whole hog. Thank you everyone for posting your interesting comments.

I'll try to find the funny thread about the "sometimes" in the diet rules about s days. If I can find it, I'll bump it up for you. It's hillarious.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

I bumped it up for you. It's called "What happened to sometimes?"
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me
