I don't find No S to be dangerous at all. I do agree that we need to find body acceptance. I am victim to this. It gets confusing because even though I look alright, my bmi is classified as overweight (slightly) and I am 26 lbs away from where I would like to be. I know some of those extra lbs are muscle. No S helped me get there before and I know that I could now maintain it.
