Restarting
After joining a while back I went back to my attempts to get rid of the weight in a "quicker" way. As a result I am now at my heaviest weight ever. I do believe that this is the best and healthiest way to get in shape and have decided to purge myself of my other diet books and commit completely to the No S way of life. Instead of dwelling on weight, I will be using the HabitCal until it is a habit with me. Wish me luck - I so want to be "normal" again.

I can't remember being normal, but I hope we both get there permanently.

Good Morning to all! I've been MIA for a long while and just wanted to post this morning to make a public recommitment to the No S diet plan. I had great success when I first heard about this plan and really felt in my heart that this was truly the best and most practical solution to the obesity problem that has ever been presented. I don't know how I got distracted, but I am ready to get back on board and make this a habit for life! I'm looking forward to reading more posts!
