Misleading Food Labels

This was on Michael Ruhlman's blog on Monday.

Last night I was watching the NBC Nightly News and there was a segment about children and obesity. One of the kids said that he didn't know there was a low-fat ketchup. Neither did I -- since fat isn't generally used in ketchup!
