Start #5...

Hi all,
This week will be my fifth try at "No S." Needless to say, I've had a hard time sticking with the program.
I work in the hospitality industry, and there is ALWAYS food around at work. My work schedule can also be really unpredictable; as much as I'd love to sit down at the table for three square meals a day, that isn't always possible. In these cases, I've tried to work in the "mini meals" that people discuss, but frankly, I'm not quite convinced that these are all that different from snacks, and inevitably work my way back to my normal noshing schedule.
I would love to hear from other folks with similar situations in terms of unconventional work schedules, or those who have also struggled with multiple starts and then been successful.
Thanks in advance, all!
