Hi everyone ^^ I started No-S in January, right after my birthday.
It was going really well, until I went back to my parents' house for the summer. Irregular work schedules at a farmer's market, plus easily accessible baking ingredients, and occasionally unpleasant meals meant staying on No-S would have been impossible without fessing up to my parents + grandparents.
That wasn't an option, so I took a break. I may have gained back about 5 pounds, or it may have just been fluctuation. I don't weigh regularly. My waist measurement has stayed pretty stable at 35" (It was 34.5 before I left No-S). However, I went up a cup size in my chest T_T.
So, here I am. I liked the sanity and regularity of No-S, and am enjoying the structure, can't wait till university's back in session so I have it there too.
If I can find it I'll be starting up my daily check in thread again.

We are in about the same boat. Six months of Vanilla No S, and two months of floundering. but what's the alternative? No, this is it.

Vanilla No S means the basic plan: 5 days a week of 3 meals a day, no snacks/ sweets/ seconds -except non-sweetened beverages-and free eating allowed on the weekends. NO modifications. NONE! No extra small meal, no limiting S's on the weekends or distributing them on other days, etc. It's not that Vanilla's superior, though it may be for any one individual. It's that it's a good idea to try to establish a baseline from which to modify.

That being said, whatever variations a person comes up with are perfectly acceptable, as long as they are viable long term and can be easily implemented consistently without too much fuss. One calls her version Chocolate No S.

I'm off to dinner on a Vanilla No S day.

Yep! I'm technically not on Vanilla No-S, though lately my mod hasn't been making a difference so I may switch back and see a doctor about the problem >.<
