Vanilla No S Days

Ok, sorry, I feel like an idiot to ask but exactly what is meant by the word "vanilla"? Does that mean you are following the No S Day rules EXACTLY as you are supposed to?
Yep. Vanilla just means the plain, 14 word diet originally conceived by Reinhard, with no modifications, no extra rules, no extra exceptions.
The theory is that sometimes when you mess with a good thing, it stops working, so you return to the original which you know works.
