Prevention Mag on 14 min of exercise

Hi all,

There's a short blurb on page 67 of the October issue of Prevention magazine on short periods of exercise I thought you may be interested in. Here's the cutline and first sentence:

14 Minutes to a Younger You
Short periods of vigorous exercise can help prevent stress-related aging right down to you DNA - and all it takes is 14 minutes a day....

I'm assuming the rest of the article isn't about Shovelglove...does it talk about intervals?

Wow. I can't imagine what kind of rationale they gave for that "absurd" length of time -- unless they used mine.

Perhaps "schedualistically insignificant time" too, has become a meme at large? :-)

Do they give any more details about why precisely this number?

Reinhard
