Allow me to introduce myself...

Post by mailgirl » Tue Oct 05, 2010 4:58 pm

Hello! I am mailgirl! I am so happy I found the No S Diet! My brother mentioned it to me on Sunday and I started yesterday! I have done so many "diet plans" Weight Watchers (a thousand times lol!), 3 or 4 different groups for people who think they will lose weight if they join a group including an expensive group at a local college (numerous times), a 21 day cleanse, magic soup!, blah... blah... blah... the list goes on! I was in a calorie counting mode when my bro mentioned it to me. This makes perfect sense and I feel free from counting anything! It may be slow going... but hey! At least it will go.

I have enjoyed reading many of the posts. They have been very helpful.

Welcome Mailgirl! I just jumped ship from ww and started here yesterday. This seems like an eminently sensible plan, and a very friendly community! Best of luck in your journey :D

Welcome Mailgirl, at first I thought you were a man of wealth and fame. Hope you enjoy it here. It's nice...
