Doing Pretty Good.....AGAIN...An Update

It's only been a week or so, but I am doing ok on No S once more. It turns out, one of the meds they use to treat my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is also a powerful appetite suppressant, so my will to eat pretty much anything (and this includes my usual weaknesses like chocolate and salty things) is pretty much gone. It's been very easy to stick to the plan. I've only lost one pound, but I already feel better because I'm not sloshing around, stuffed to capacity with junk food, like I was before.

Here's hoping this time is THE time I stick with it.

Good for you. I was on Ritilin about a year and a half ago and it had the same affect. I have read that some people on Ritilin have to be told to eat, they lose interest in food.

Keep going.

Congratulations, again!

"Easy to stick with" is the important part -- the pounds will come.

That's been more or less my experience (it's something like Ritalin I am on.) Pretty amazing; not only has my appetite vanished, but I'm able to be much more active, too. Definitely feeling better than I have in a long time.

Don't know about the others, but a similar experience happened to me. However, because of sleep issues, I could not continue on the meds. My appetite came back with a vengeance and I put the lost weight and more on. This was before No S. Perhaps if I had already been on it, some habits would have been in place.
